MIRROR CUT UNITIZED MINI DISCS
High Density Unitized Discs are a combination of several layers of non woven abrasive material compressed and impregnated with resin. All the international grains with different diameters and thicknesses are available. These discs have been developed for cleaning and finishing operations and they are highly conformable while maintaining durability. They do not contaminate the work surfaces. They can be installed on electro-tools and pneumatic tools with the appropriate adapter.
Applications:
- Polishing welds on stainless steel
- Removing excessive binders after the cooling process
- Removing oxidation
- Deburring after cutting and removing imperfections on soft surfaces
- Polishing threads and sharp edges
- Polishing precision materials and polishing burnished welding
- Polishing and finishing dies
- Special working on alloys, aluminium, titanium and other materials

MIRROR CUT UNITIZED DC DISCS
High Density Unitized Discs are a combination of several layers of non woven abrasive material compressed and resin impregnated and then bonded on a fibreglass support disc. These new abrasive tools don’t replace the traditional “Flap Discs” but they are appropriate for finishing applications including light deburring operations with the added benefit of saving on tool changes.
Applications:
- Excellent surface finish on stainless steel where it is necessary to have flexibility
- Light deburring after laser cutting delivering a uniform finish
- Surface preparation before welding, galvanic or painting treatments
- Finishing application after Flap Discs
- Removal of thin welding lines
- Removal of paint, colours, rust and oxides
