The symmetric net structure of ABRANET MAX enables an efficient cut for consistent stock removal and reduces the number of steps used for finishing aluminum. Lower pressure reduces operator fatigue. Long life of these discs results in fewer discs needed to complete job. This also saves time and money due to fewer changeovers.
Out of all the most unique characteristics of the alugrind dics is that they provide you with clog free grinding and generate very little heat. Melting of work piece surface is nonexistent.

SAFE LOC is a 5/8″-11 threaded attachment for flap discs. Available for 4 1/2″, 5″, 6″ and 7″ discs with any backing type.
For Item with SAFE LOC Quick Change add S to the end of Item with 7/8″ Arbor Hole. e.g. Item: Z5045049 with 7/8″ AH will become Z5045049S with 5/8″-11 SAFE LOC.
For Item with 5/8″-11 Zinc Hub add H to the of Item with 7/8″ Arbor Hole. e.g. Item: Z5045049 with 7/8″ AH will become Z5045049H with 5/8″-11 Zinc Hub.
